May 17, 2026 — Rippelle Links: your link-in-bio, built for Second Life

One shareable page for everything you do: your Marketplace store, your in-world location, your socials, your blog. A real link-in-bio, with a visual editor and a short branded URL made for SL profiles, Flickr bios and in-world notecards.

May 16, 2026 — Random Picker, Moodboard viewer, and a calmer light mode

A batch of improvements across the Workspace: a giveaway winner picker built into Polls, a better way to look at your Moodboards, an appear-offline toggle, and a big light mode pass.

• 🎲 Polls Random Picker — Draw winners straight from your poll voters, perfect for in-world giveaways. Filter by which option they voted, draw multiple winners, watch a slot-machine animation, then copy the names. Works on any non-anonymous poll, live or closed, with zero setup. For a giveaway, just run a public poll and the picker is there.
• 🖼️ Moodboard full-image view — Pins now show the whole image instead of an awkward crop, and a double-click opens any pin in a fullscreen lightbox so you can actually study a reference.
• 🟡 Appear offline — A toggle next to your avatar lets you work in Rippelle without showing up as active to your team. Flip it back and you reappear instantly. Your choice is remembered between sessions. (Pro+ teams)
• 🌗 Light mode polish — A sweeping pass across the entire Workspace (Project Board, Events, Notecards, Invoices, Moodboard, CSR Inbox, URL Favorites and more) so everything is crisp, readable and properly contrasted in light mode, not only in dark.

May 14, 2026 — See who's online on your team in real time

A new presence indicator in your sidebar shows which of your teammates are actively working on the brand, and what they're focused on. No more sending a Discord ping to ask "you on Rippelle right now?".

• 🟢 Live presence in the sidebar — When a teammate (brand owner or manager) is active in Rippelle, their initials appear in a small avatar with a green border, right between your brand switcher and the Workspace section.
• 👀 Know what they're working on — Hover an avatar to see their name and current page (Project Board, CSR Inbox, Events Tracker, etc). Coordinate naturally: "Mary's in CSR Inbox, I'll take Invoices".
• ⏱️ 30-second refresh — Status updates every 30 seconds when the tab is active. Inactive teammates (away for 60+ seconds) drop off automatically.
• 🔋 Battery and bandwidth friendly — Auto-pauses when your tab is in the background. No useless pings eating your data.
• 🛡️ Privacy preserved — Presence is only visible to other members of the same brand. Server-side check means no one can spy on your team unless they're actually on it.

May 13, 2026 — In-world polls with live web results

Run real-time polls from a Second Life prim, watch the votes come in live from your Rippelle Workspace. Plus, full backup and migration for your project board.

• 📊 Polls feature — A new section in your Workspace where polls created by your in-world prim appear live, with animated bar charts, leader highlights, and a voter list (when not anonymous). Auto-refreshes every 30 seconds so you can watch results stream in during an event.
• 🔑 One link code, many prims — Generate a single RPL-LINK-XXXXXXXX code in Rippelle, paste it into the prim's blue menu when prompted. Deploy as many poll prims as you want across different events or stores — they all share your link code, each creating its own poll.
• 🎛️ In-world setup wizard — Configure your poll entirely from the prim's touch menu: type the question, list your options (up to 12), pick a duration (1 to 30 days), choose public or anonymous voting. No need to edit the LSL script — everything happens through blue popups.
• 🔒 Anti-cheat enforcement — One vote per avatar, verified server-side by UUID. Anonymous polls show only the tally; public polls let you see who voted for what.
• 📦 How to get your prim — IM Natacha Haroldsen in Second Life and she'll send you the LSL script (no-mod, no-transfer) to drop into your own prim. Available for Pro and Pro+ subscribers.
• ⬇⬆ Project Board import & export — Move your kanban between accounts, devices, or environments. Export your cloud board to a JSON backup. Import a board from the public toolbox (great when migrating from anonymous use to a Rippelle account) or from a previous Workspace export. Import is purely additive — your existing cards are never overwritten.

May 12, 2026 — Bring managers onto your brand

Pro+ brands can now delegate access to up to 3 trusted managers who use their own Rippelle login. No more password sharing, full audit, instant revoke.

• 🎟️ Invite codes — Generate one-time codes formatted as RPL-XXXXXX from your Team page. Share them privately via Discord, Plurk, or IM. Each code expires after 7 days and can only be redeemed once.
• 🔐 Full manager powers, two clear limits — Managers can do everything you can in Workspace, Scheduler, LifeBots, CSR Inbox, and beyond. They cannot delete your account and cannot add or remove other managers; those stay strictly with you, the owner.
• 🔄 Brand switcher — When a manager logs into their own account, a clean switcher in the sidebar lets them flip between "my account" and any brand they manage. A discreet banner at the top of every page reminds them which brand they're acting on.
• ⚡ Instant revoke — Remove a manager from your Team page and their access is cut on the next request, no password change, no cascade. They can be re-invited later if needed.
• ⚠️ Pro+ guardrail — Team management is Pro+ only. If you downgrade, manager access is automatically suspended (memberships are kept, just paused). Re-upgrade and access resumes instantly.
• 🌍 Manager can be on any plan — Your manager doesn't need to be paying themselves. A Free account is enough. The value is carried by your Pro+ subscription, not theirs.

May 11, 2026 — Eight new tools, plus a custom short URL domain

Six fresh additions to the public toolbox, two new Workspace utilities for logged-in creators, and Rippelle's very own short URL service.

• 🖼️ Image Upscaler — Boost low-res images 2x in your browser. Three quality models (Fast, Balanced, Best) that lazy-load on demand, no upload, no API cost. Best results on photos and product shots; pixel art is not its strong suit.
• 💱 Currency Converter — 200+ currencies and crypto, live rates updated daily, no rate limits, no API key. Bidirectional input with one-click swap. Useful for invoicing international clients or pricing for different markets.
• 💰 L$ → € recalibrated — The cash-out estimator now uses the real two-tier fee structure: LindeX sell fee (5%) and Tilia Process Credit fee (1.5% with $3 min / $25 max per transaction). Small cashouts are no longer flattered by the math.
• 🎨 HEX → Color Name — Paste a HEX or pick visually, get back the closest named color from a curated list of 30,000+ names (Pantone, Crayola, Sherwin-Williams, designer favorites). Great for palette naming, blog posts, or just satisfying curiosity.
• 🔢 Word & Character Counter — Real-time count of characters, words, and reading time. Compares your text against major social limits (Bluesky 300, Plurk 360, Twitter 280, Discord, Instagram) and SL contexts (Marketplace title 75, Marketplace description 5000, Notecard line 254, Group notice 512, Local chat 1024). When you go over, the built-in thread splitter breaks text into platform-friendly chunks numbered (1/N), with smart breaks on sentences.
• 🔗 URL Shortener at rpl.wtf — Rippelle now operates its own branded short URL domain. rpl.wtf/Ab3xY9 instead of 70-char marketplace links. Public access from the toolbox (10 shortens per IP per day) or unlimited from your Rippelle account.
• 🎯 MP Description Formatter (Workspace) — Drop raw product copy in, get a polished Marketplace description out. Five header styles, seven bullet variants, and an auto-emoji feature that detects common section names like "Pack contains", "Features", "Permissions", "Sizes", and 12 others.
• 📌 URL Favorites (Workspace) — Your most-shared URLs at a glance, grouped by category (Store, Events, Marketplace, Social, Other). Each entry has one-click Copy and one-click "Shorten with rpl.wtf", with automatic de-duplication if you saved the same destination before. A single button copies all your active events as a ready-to-paste block for Plurk, Discord, or notecards. SLurl (secondlife://) URLs supported alongside http(s).

Five new tools to manage your creator life, plus the first in-world customer service inbox built for SL creators.

• 📋 Project Board — A Kanban board with drag-and-drop columns, priorities, and color labels. Synced across devices.
• 📅 Events Tracker — Two views: chronological timeline grouped by month, or full calendar with multi-day event bars. Eight categories with signature colors. ICS export to sync with Google or Apple Calendar.
• 🎨 Moodboard — Multi-board image canvas. Drop images from your desktop, drag them around to arrange, label, organize. One board per project or one big visual reference.
• 📝 Notecards — Reusable SL notecard templates for TOS, customer replies, product descriptions, welcome notes, and promos. Save once, copy in seconds.
• 💼 Invoices — Auto-numbered (INV-2026-0001), branded with your logo, multi-currency, tax-aware. One-click PDF generation with a "PAID" stamp on settled invoices. Track Draft → Sent → Paid with revenue stats per currency.
• 💬 CSR Inbox (Pro+) — When a customer IMs your in-world LifeBot, the message lands in Rippelle as a clean email-style inbox. Reply directly from the dashboard, your bot delivers it back in-world. Auto-replies from Q&A pairs are stored and marked with a ⚡ badge. Private notes per customer, archiving, search, and a toggle to hide threads already handled by auto-replies.
